Job Description

Roles & Responsibility: Handling external customers/internal stakeholders from lab and sales through the ticketing tool and IVR calls. Coordination with Sales, lab and other internal stakeholders. 3 Shifts- 9 AM to 5:30 PM; 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM; 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM- Rotational week off as per roster. No fixed week off on Saturday and Sunday. 6 days per week till probation and 5 days per week post confirmation. Laptop policy available Requirement: Candidates with min 2 years of experience from the diagnostics customer support or freshers from life science background. Willing to work from the office.
