Eligibility:

· B.A./ B. Com./B.SC.

· 2-3 yrs. working exp as Customer Care Executive

Other Requirements:

· Should stay within 45 min distance from our office

· Should have stability and willing to work for long time

· Should have sense of responsibility

Job Responsibilities:

· Customer Database Management

· Customer Support and Issue Resolution

· Sales Support and Lead Management

· Customer Feedback Collection and Analysis

· Customer Satisfaction Measurement

· Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
