The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Assist customers with placing orders, handling returns, and resolving billing issues. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service role. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
