Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive, located in Delhi, India. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also support sales by addressing customer needs and contributing to customer retention efforts.

  • Strong Communication skills
