Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment while handling customer queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to relevant teams, ensuring prompt resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
Provide product/service information and assist customers with their inquiries.
Build positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and suggest improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
