Customer Care Executive Minimum 12th qualified Good Communication skills. (Fluent English) Experience 1-2 years Salary - 18k-22k Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Provide accurate information about products purchased from Website Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and guide them through solutions. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently. Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on product knowledge, and industry trends.
