Job Description

Responsibilities  Daily processing of calls received and outbound calls within assigned turnaround time  Awareness of the client’s business, operational activities, and processes  Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills  Develops and maintains documentation  Escalates issues and seeks advice when faced with complex issues/problems  Minimize customer complaints and escalations by providing exceptional service and call control  Keep process, technical, operational and sales knowledge (of self) maintained/updated Skills  Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks  Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for organizational interaction  Fluent spoken ability to communicate in English and Hindi  Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office  Good presentation skills  Flexibility to work in rotational shift and offs Qualifications Education: Any graduate/undergraduate from Govt. recognized universities, freshers acceptable Experience: 0 - 6 months industry experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
