Urgent requirement of Customer Support ( immediate Joiner)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat. You will assist with order inquiries, product information, returns, and troubleshooting, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat).
  • Assist customers with order issues, product questions, and return/exchange requests.
  • Collaborate with other teams (logistics, marketing, etc.) to resolve customer concerns and improve service quality.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and product concerns to help improve the customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce support preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
