Customer Care Executive

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products/services.

* Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.

* Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.

* Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service efficiency.

* Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

* Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

* Identify and report emerging customer issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Qualifications:

* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.

* Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems.

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
