Customer Care Executive- Female

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Telecaller / Calling Executive to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining client relationships, and providing project-related information. This is a no-target, coordination-based calling role focused on lead management and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Share property/project details and schedule site visits.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call logs, follow-up data, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and updates.
• Ensure smooth communication and excellent client experience.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Graduate in any field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in Telecalling / Customer Service (Real Estate preferred).
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools.
• Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
