As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to engage with customers by addressing their queries, feedback, comments, and suggestions through various communication channels such as social media, website, Google, and inbound calls. It is essential that you have prior experience working in a call center environment, particularly with a focus on serving USA or UK clients. This position offers an annual salary in the range of 2.5 to 3.0 lakhs and is specifically open for female candidates.
