Job Description

Customer Service Executive – SALT Attire

Location: Gurgaon

Role & Responsibilities/Key Skills:

  • Handling day to day Customer Queries
  • Address the customer queries and provide solutions within the TAT (Turnaround time)
  • Manage external queries for Sourcing.
  • Maintain the list of items sourced, co-ordinate with the relevant teams for delivery and pickup of sourcing.
  • Ensure order follow ups, urgent deliveries are handled in a timely fashion with the relevant stake holders

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Follows Timelines
  • Detail oriented
  • Fluent in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
