We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive for our team. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role also includes maintaining updated customer records, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting customers with product or service-related queries.

To be successful as a Customer Service Executive, you should be patient, polite, and committed to delivering excellent service. Ultimately, a top-performing Customer Service Assistant should demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a professional attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases as required.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, dispatch, accounts) to address customer needs.
  • Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate/ Bsc.IT/ MSC.IT (preferred).
  • Experience: 1–2 years
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving ability and patience.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, CRM preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Hindi & English (mandatory)
