Job Summary:


We are looking for a Customer Care Executive (fresher) to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for fresher looking to start their career in customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, or chats professionally and promptly.

• Resolve customer queries and concerns with clarity and patience.

• Provide accurate information about products and services.

• Maintain records of customer interactions.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs.

• Follow company policies and standard procedures for customer handling.


Requirements:


• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in customer service.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English language.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
