Job Description

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer interactions across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, or in-person) while ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product/service information, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat interactions professionally.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Resolve complaints, escalate complex issues when required, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to resolve customer concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
