Key Responsibilities: Answer student inquiries related to courses, certification processes, and loan assistance. Address and resolve student complaints in a professional manner. Maintain student attendance records and ensure proper documentation. Provide accurate information and guidance to students regarding academic and administrative procedures. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve student issues efficiently. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Requirements: Good command of English (spoken and written). Basic knowledge of computer systems and data entry. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
