Job Description: Handle Customer Queries: Professionally manage incoming calls and messages, resolve product/service inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Order & Data Management: Process orders, applications, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Team & Process Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and contribute to quality service delivery.
