Dear Aspirant Job Title: Customer Support Executive Level 2 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Location: HSR Layout (On-Site) Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 in-hand & CTC + Performance-Based Incentives Eligibility: A minimum of 6 months of experience is preferred. Roles and Responsibilities: Efficiently manage incoming chats and emails from customers in a timely manner. Identify and assess customer requirements, clarify information, and propose solutions. Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to internal teams as necessary. Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through clear and transparent communication. Required Skills: Ability to handle multiple chats, emails, or calls simultaneously. Basic troubleshooting knowledge. Strong problem-solving skills. 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service.
