About the Role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle both inbound and outbound calls for our e-commerce business. The role involves assisting customers with their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests. Make outbound calls for order confirmation, feedback collection, and follow-ups. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/system. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, etc.) for issue resolution. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to service quality standards.
