Customer Care Executive (CCE)

Job description:

We’re hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries in a domestic voice process. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are a must.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduation mandatory
• Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
• Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication in English & Hindi

Job Details:

• Shifts: 24/7 Rotational (6 days working, 1 weekly off)
• Female Shift Window: 7 AM – 8 PM
• Interview Process: HR Round → Ops Round → Versant → Client Round
• Cab Facility: Not available

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries effectively.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Record and update customer interactions in the system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Achieve daily/weekly call handling targets and quality benchmarks.
• Adhere to process guidelines and company policies at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
