Job Profile: - Handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers - Diagnosing problems effectively and recommending appropriate solutions - Offering technical support plans and relevant software to customers Candidate Profile: - Previous experience in Outbound Tech Support for 6 months to 1 year - Ability to independently close calls - Strong persuasive and sales skills - Familiarity with BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues including those related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad Salary Range: Rs. 15,000-22,000 per month (fixed) + Lucrative Incentives Shift: US Shift Benefits and Facilities: - Fixed monthly salary deposited on the 1st of every month - Generous incentives on a daily and monthly basis - Immediate incentives for exceptional performance - No shift timing extensions - Comprehensive medical benefits - Salary is negotiable based on the candidate's qualifications and experience - 6 working days per week For further details and to apply for this position, please contact Priyanka (HR) at 9804149788.
