Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (Outbound) Location: Mohali Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Salary: ₹18,000 (CTC: ₹15,300) Offs: Rotational Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply Gender: Male/Female Training: 15 days (paid) Job Description: We are hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals for the position of Lead Generation Executive (Outbound) . This role involves reaching out to potential customers, generating interest in services/products, and qualifying leads for the sales team. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads based on provided data. Clearly explain products/services to prospects and answer any queries. Capture and update customer information accurately in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and maintain a proper database. Work towards daily/weekly/monthly targets. Maintain professionalism during communication and adhere to call quality standards. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Willingness to work rotational offs. Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling or lead generation is a plus. Why Join Us?
