Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive for our customer care. Male candidates and Trivandrum natives are preferred Incentives provided Experienced and Freshers also can apply Key Responsibilities: Answer customer calls, emails, and messages with a positive attitude. Assist customers by providing detailed information about products/services. Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism. Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed. Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure customer satisfaction by offering appropriate solutions. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved. Collaborate with other teams to improve customer service processes.
