Quality Controller (QC)-MALE

Job Description

We are urgently hiring a Quality Controller to ensure food products meet required safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry (mandatory) Male candidate/Trivandrum native are preferred. Contact/CVS: 8089263160 Key Responsibilities: Inspect raw materials and finished food products for quality and safety. Monitor production processes to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards. Conduct regular tests (e.g., temperature, pH, moisture) and record results. Report any deviations or non-conformities to supervisors or quality managers. Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results. Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are followed in all food handling areas. Support audits and assist with implementing corrective actions. Follow health and safety regulations at all times. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent or degree; further education in food science or a related field is a plus. Basic knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP). 1 year of experience in food science or a related field. Attention to detail and good observation skills. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. Willingness to work in a food production environment.
