 Job Opening: Customer Support Executive – Blinkit (Work from Home)  Location: Virtual (Candidates from Bhopal and Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible)  Client: Blinkit |  Job Type: Full-time  Work Mode: Work from Home  Shift: Rotational (9-hour shifts, including weekends)  Weekly Offs: Rotational  Experience Required: Freshers or candidates with relevant experience  Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate  Language Requirement: Fluent English (No MTI – Mother Tongue Influence)  Job Role: • Handle both calls and chats as part of a blended customer support process • Assist customers with order-related queries and support issues • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction • Ensure prompt resolution and quality service  System Requirements: • Personal laptop/desktop with Windows 10 OS • Stable internet connection  Additional Requirements: • Must be fluent in English (No MTI) • Must be available for immediate joining • No planned leaves for the first 6 months • Good customer service skills and presence of mind  Salary Package: • CTC: ₹18,000 • In-hand: ₹15,000
