Role Overview: As a Customer Support Executive in the Inbound Voice Process based in Bhubaneswar, you will handle inbound/outbound customer calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information to customers. Your responsibilities include documenting interactions, escalating issues as necessary, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting team targets. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound/outbound customer calls - Resolve customer queries - Provide accurate information to customers - Document interactions - Escalate issues as necessary - Ensure customer satisfaction - Meet team targets Qualifications Required: - Can be a fresher or have at least 6 months of BPO experience - Strong communication skills in English - Customer-oriented approach - Problem-solving mindset - Willingness to work flexible hours including rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays - Completed Higher Secondary (12th Pass) - Proficiency in English, knowledge of Hindi preferred Note: The work location is in Bhubaneshwar, Orissa.
