We are Hiring: Customer Care Executive (Fresher)

Make daily outbound calls to onboard new customers

Guide users through the platform or app usage
Address basic customer queries and follow up when needed
Record call details and feedback in the system

What We’re Looking For

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Comfortable with daily calling and handling customer conversations
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
