Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and WhatsApp queries with clarity and patience.Communicate fluently in both English and Hindi, ensuring customers feel understood and valued.Resolve order-related concerns, delivery issues, return/ refund queries, and product questions promptly.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
