Slide into DMs (Strategically)

Help run smooth outreach campaigns, manage our influencer hot list, and keep convos flowing like chai at a desi wedding.

Collab Central

Coordinate product drops, lock in collab terms, and make sure every deliverable is on-point (and on time)

Keep Eyes on the Feed

Track what our influencers post, when they post, and how it’s doing. Engagement, reach, shares — you’ll be the first to know what’s popping’.

UGC = Gold

Help us collect, curate, and organize user-generated content that keeps the Blue Tea aesthetic strong across the board.
