Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Banking Service Executive to guide customers on loan services, financial documentation, and bank-related procedures within the real estate sector. The role demands strong communication, client-handling ability, and knowledge of banking processes associated with property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in understanding housing loan options, interest rates, and eligibility.
• Guide customers through the complete banking formalities post-property booking.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with banks and clients to ensure timely loan processing.
• Help resolve customer queries related to banking or financial documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer and bank interactions.
• Build relationships with bank representatives to smoothen loan processes.
• Coordinate with internal sales and documentation teams for customer file updates.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
