As a Domestic BPO Agent, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries. You'll be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, from simple questions to complex issues, through various channels including phone calls, emails, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong customer relationships through empathetic and effective communication.
  • Process Adherence: Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards.
  • Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A keen eye for detail and a knack for finding solutions to complex problems.
  • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive and can-do attitude.
