Feedback Collection: Proactively gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with our products and services. Compile feedback and insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience. 7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for future reference.
