Job Description: As a Customer Relations Associate at our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued consumers. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and eager to embark on a rewarding career in customer relations. 1. Customer Support: Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via various channels including phone, email, and social media platforms. Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience. 2. Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and warehouse teams to track orders and resolve any issues that may arise. 3. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our chicken products. Educate customers on product offerings and assist with product selection based on their preferences and customized needs. 4. Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism. Investigate the root cause of issues, implement corrective actions, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 5. Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations, and proactively seeking opportunities to add value and exceed their satisfaction. 6. Feedback Collection: Proactively gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with our products and services. Compile feedback and insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience. 7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for future reference. Qualifications: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. - Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service. - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is preferred. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
