Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3–6 years of experience to join our product team. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital interfaces. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for websites and mobile apps. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into seamless user experiences. Develop and maintain design systems and UI components. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights. Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines. Advocate for design best practices and a user-first approach across the company. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Adobe XD , Sketch , or InVision . Strong understanding of user-centered design principles . Experience designing for web , mobile apps (iOS/Android) , and responsive layouts . Familiarity with tools for user research and testing (e.g., Maze, Hotjar, UsabilityHub). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work and design thinking. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus. Experience working in Agile teams. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG). Background in HCI, design thinking, or interaction design.
