Customer Assistant

• Core responsibilities
• Customer support and service: Greet customers, provide information, and guide them to products or services.
• Problem-solving: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, troubleshoot issues, and process returns or exchanges.
• Transaction processing: Operate the cash register or point-of-sale system, process payments (cash, card), and assist with packing.
• Product knowledge: Stay informed about company products and services to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Store maintenance: Keep shelves stocked, maintain a clean and organized store, and ensure displays are neat.
