As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support in a professional and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails/chat professionally and efficiently. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and accuracy. Provide product/service information and troubleshoot issues. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily. Collaborate with the team to meet service targets and improve customer experience. Requirements: Good English communication skills (both verbal and written). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (to manage data and reports). Ability to work in a night shift environment.
