Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • A Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent with 9+years of experience and proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in a similar role within the technology or consulting industry, with a focus on solution architecture or customer success.
  • A background in project management, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software or tools relevant to the role.
