Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Lead and manage a customer care operations team, back office operations,
Ensure smooth workflow, adherence to SLAs, and issue resolution
Quality process. minimum of 1 year experience in managing customer care
Support reporting and performance tracking through data tools
Reporting role will be an Individual Contributor with no direct reporting.
Both Ops and Reporting will be client facing
Analytical skills - Reporting role (IC)
Create and maintain Tableau dashboards -Reporting role (IC)
Reporting role does not necessarily require banking domain, and its only a preferred one.

Skill Requirements:

Prior experience in customer care or support operations
Proficient in writing and running SQL queries, extracting data
Experience in preparing dashboards using Tableau
SQL Query - write and run queries, which will be used to extract data from data lake - Reporting (IC)
Analytical skills - Reporting role (IC)

Additional Information:

Work from Office for all 5 Days.
This will be complete night shifts.
2 way cabs will be provided subjected to Accenture Transport Policy.
