What are we looking For -

Minimum
1 year of experience
in Customer Support (International Voice preferred).
Excellent English communication skills
with a neutral or near-neutral accent.
Strong
listening ability
, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first approach.
Comfortable working in either - US Shift / UK Shift/ Australian Shift / Day Shift.
Graduates / Undergraduates
are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Handle
inbound calls
from customers. .
