Customer Advisor

Job Summary:

The Sales Advisor is responsible for assisting customers in purchasing vehicles, explaining product features, providing test drives, and ensuring a smooth sales experience from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable Tata vehicle models.
• Explain product features, specifications, and finance options.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives.
• Prepare quotations and support the documentation process.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
• Coordinate with the delivery and finance teams for smooth handover.
• Maintain showroom display and ensure a professional appearance.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in automobile sales (freshers can apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicles and MS Office.
• Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
