Customer Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor at Tucows, you will be the primary point of contact for both external and internal customers. Your responsibilities will include providing direct assistance to customers through Voice, Email, and Chat channels, resolving their concerns effectively, and documenting relevant details for future reference. You will collaborate with colleagues, seniors, and managers to seek solutions, raise widespread issues through defined channels, and tailor your communications to match customers" skill levels and conversational styles. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct assistance to customers via Voice, Email, and Chat channels. - Treat each customer with care, integrity, and timeliness. - Document relevant details for future reference. - Collaborate with colleagues, seniors, and managers to seek solutions. - Tailor communications to match customers" skill levels and conversational styles. Qualifications Required: - Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment with persistence, calm, and control. - Highly organized, quality-minded, and detail-oriented. - Warm, friendly, and upbeat with excellent communication skills. - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to quickly resolve issues. - Good understanding of Inter-networking concepts. - IT Certifications such as A+, CCNA, CCNP, Network+, MCSE are a plus. - Flexibility with working hours and basic understanding of email, SSL, traceroute, dig, telnet, whois, etc. are desirable. - Significant experience working with domains, website building, and APIs is a plus.
