Job Description

You will be responsible for performing data entry using various computer programs, word processing, spreadsheet or database commands, and formatting materials as required. Your key responsibilities will include: - Invoicing & emailing & courier of Finance documents - Ensuring accuracy and timely posting of accounts receivable receipts as per Banking platforms & customers information in System or spreadsheets - Ensuring accuracy of daily bank reconciliations and reporting any issues to the supervisor promptly - Reviewing discrepancies in data received, requesting clarification or advising the supervisor of issues related to data, and performing data verification routines in accordance with company procedures - Filing, keeping records, and preparing/transmitting/sorting/distributing facsimiles, mail, e-mail, and reports as needed - Interacting with departmental and/or other staff on matters affecting data and making recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection, and retrieval - Performing quality work within deadlines - Working effectively as a team contributor on all assignments Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficiency with internet, email, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software - Good communication skills Please note that this is a summary of the primary accountabilities and requirements for this position.
