Job Description

As a Customer Account Manager at Eaton Aerospace in India, your role involves leading growth opportunities through various stages of the selling cycle. You will be applying value selling and Eaton Business System (EBS) tools to develop winning capture strategies and drive value-based sales. Your main focus will be on Military and Commercial OEM & Aftermarket opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, developing new customers, appointing distributors or agents, and ensuring their performance aligns with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with Eaton resources from different divisions to present a unified front to customers and maintain consistency in responses and approaches. - Keep customers informed about Eaton's capabilities and offerings. - Identify, analyze, and assess major new business opportunities, coordinating activities across all Eaton divisions for targeted growth in India. - Utilize EBS and value cycle tools in new business capture processes, leading or supporting capture teams and developing proposals that highlight Eaton's value proposition. - Support the retention of existing business and manage sales opportunities through the selling cycle to enhance win rates and business outcomes. - Manage customer relationships, develop Relationship Maps, and coordinate executive-level meetings to address any relationship challenges. - Work towards improving customer perception of Eaton Aerospace and resolve any business issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. - Drive the performance of local distributors/agents, identify new partners, and ensure business results meet expectations. - Support the analysis of market trends and dynamics to develop action plans that align with intake goals and ensure business health metrics are favorable. - Conduct market analysis such as Customer Needs Analysis to understand customer requirements and objectives. - Support the strategic planning process by effectively communicating customer needs and maintaining knowledge of product lines, technology trends, and competitor analysis. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with over 15 years of experience in commercial aerospace. Skills: - Effective in a matrix management environment. - Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and financial aspects of new business cases. - Capable of building and managing relationships with key stakeholders. - Strong customer interface skills with the ability to convert customer needs into successful capture strategies. - Excellent presentation and written communication skills. - Broad understanding of the Aerospace product portfolio and familiarity with Aerospace OEM and military procurement processes.,
