As a Custom Software Engineering New Associate at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in balancing increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Your primary responsibility will be to drive marketing performance by leveraging deep functional and technical expertise. You will be tasked with accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement, and Media Growth Services. Your role will specifically focus on Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation and design. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3. Your strong knowledge and hands-on experience in coding responsive HTML email templates that render consistently across various email clients and devices will be essential. Understanding email design best practices, user experience considerations, and email deliverability best practices will be crucial. You should also have experience in testing emails across different devices and email clients to identify and resolve rendering issues. Attention to detail is key in this role to ensure accuracy and consistency in coding and email rendering. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Braze and Adobe builder, including the use of Content Builder, Data Extensions, and AMPscript for personalization, is highly desirable. Knowledge of JavaScript and AMPscript for advanced dynamic content personalization within emails is a plus. Experience in setting up and analyzing A/B tests to optimize email campaign performance will be beneficial. Your roles and responsibilities will include collaborating with Project Managers and marketing stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and requirements, designing and developing HTML email templates optimized for various email clients, conducting thorough testing to verify email rendering, staying up to date with email design best practices, troubleshooting and resolving HTML/CSS-related issues, and ensuring seamless campaign experience for internal and external stakeholders. In this role, it is essential to adhere to all Desktop Procedures (DTPs) / Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and complete all required reports accurately. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the success of marketing campaigns.,
