15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with organizational goals, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team members while ensuring adherence to best practices in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps, DevSecOps, Application Security, Security Penetration Testing. - Must have experience on Application Security Testing or IT Security Engineering - Must have hands on experience with Application Security solutions (SAST, SCA, IAST, API) and vulnerability analysis. - Must have hands on experience with implementing security controls in the CI/CD pipeline. - Must have technical experience in infrastructure setup for Application security and Penetration testing tools. - Must have strong understanding and experience with project planning and execution, application on-boarding or service adoption, and agile delivery. - Must have very good knowledge of the Azure cloud ecosystem and its native capabilities. - Should have good knowledge on networking, operating systems, scripting, version control basics (e.g., Git). - Should be Inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs. - Should have Technical communication and documentation skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - The candidate should be willing to work from our client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week. - A 15 years full time education is required.
