Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations meet the specified standards and contribute to the overall project goals. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the configurations are effectively integrated and function as intended, while also addressing any challenges that may arise during the implementation process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Document configuration processes and maintain accurate records to support future reference and audits. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience with integration tools and techniques relevant to Workday. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues effectively. - Familiarity with business process design and application requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
