About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:The Dotmatics Administrator manages the day-to-day operations, configuration, and user administration of the Dotmatics platform, ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance. The role focuses on environment maintenance, user management, and coordination of upgrades or patches.Key Responsibilities:

Administer user accounts, roles, permissions, and group policies within the Dotmatics environment.

Manage application configurations, data access, and security policies to ensure system compliance.

Coordinate with vendors for upgrades, patches, and environment maintenance

Monitor system performance, availability, and storage utilization.

Perform data backups, restore operations, and ensure system integrity.

Manage integration points between Dotmatics and connected applications

Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting assistance to users.

Maintain documentation related to configurations, SOPs, and change management activities.
Roles and Responsibilities

Dotmatics Admin experienceExperience in Dotmatics platform administration (Studies Notebook, Inventory, Register).

Strong understanding of Windows/Linux servers, Tomcat, SQL databases, and Active Directory integration.

Familiarity with Change/Release Management .

Ability to work with vendors, internal IT teams, and scientific end users.

Knowledge of system validation, audit trail, and compliance preferred.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Dotmatics

This position is based at our Bangalore office

A 15 years full-time education is required
Qualification 15 years full time education
