About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will utilize modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques to provide vision to Application Development Teams. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering an Agile mindset, and creating value across various projects of different scopes and scales. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the development process aligns with a cloud-first and mobile-first approach, ultimately driving innovation and efficiency in application development.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to enhance team collaboration.

Mentor junior team members to foster their growth and understanding of Agile methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Agile Project Management.

Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.

Ability to effectively communicate project goals and progress to stakeholders.

Familiarity with cloud technologies and mobile application development.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
