About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day will involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing various components of application code for multiple clients. You will engage in maintenance and enhancement tasks, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of the clients while adhering to best practices in software development. Collaboration with team members will be essential as you work towards delivering high-quality solutions that align with client requirements and expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and automation processes.

Experience with data management and segmentation strategies.

Familiarity with email marketing best practices and analytics.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing campaigns.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
