About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in coding, testing, and debugging activities while ensuring that the software meets quality standards and aligns with project timelines. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and innovative ideas for improvement, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.

Experienced in Solidity proficiency with proven Smart contract build & delivery experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Hyperledger Besu.

Knowledge of Public / Private DLT (Ethereum / Hyperledger Besu / CORDA) and standards around the same.

Experience with blockchain technology and distributed ledger systems.

Strong understanding of smart contract development and deployment.

Knowledge of custody architectures:MPC/HSM, wallet policy engines.

Knowledge of asset tokenisation (fungible, non-fungible, and hybrid), stablecoin integrations

Knowledge of Cloud-native engineering (Azure/AWS/GCP), containers/Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, secrets management, observability (Prometheus/Grafana).

Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development life cycle.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Security fundamentals (key mgmt., enclave/HSM concepts, secure enclaves) and data privacy patterns (selective disclosure, ZK concepts).
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Hyperledger Besu and 4??6 years of experience in software/technology and building blockchain solutions in regulated contexts (banks, FMIs, fintech).

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
